Helena began dancing at Virginia Tech where she learned latin, ballroom, and other dance styles. Lindy Hop Swing captivated her feet the most, and she began teaching for the university Swing club. She teaches at local dance venues, and frequently at Three Whistles with fellow instructor Caleb Smith. A fellow dancer instructor once exclaimed, "there are no wrong moves, just a new move!" Helena looks forward to sharing those groovy moves and having fun.
